Anthony Michel
Founding lead behind Veridian. I help startups and SMEs ship product and adopt AI-first delivery—advisory when judgment matters, hands-on when the calendar does not negotiate.
My path runs from hands-on engineering to C-level ownership: investment banking and large-scale systems, e-commerce, venture-backed product, and zero-to-one builds. That range matters when your question is not only “what framework?” but “what do we owe customers next quarter?”
The through-line is delivery. Slides do not survive contact with production.
What that means in practice
I have led engineering orgs up to 18 people across time zones, managed seven-figure budgets, and stayed close to code when that was the leverage—architecture, migrations, and releases under real load. Today the same operator mindset applies to AI: not experiments that crumble in traffic, but workflows and systems teams can run.
Credentials & base
Master’s in Software Engineering (Telecom Nancy). Based in Hong Kong; English fluent, French native. Fractional CTO practice since 2024, serving AI-first startups and SMEs globally.
Proof
Work spans fan platforms built from empty repos to production, enterprise SaaS rebuilt under live clients, and AI pipelines that had to earn their place in the P&L—not the pitch deck.
